1. Introduction
Welcome to Logorest. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using Logorest, whether as a Buyer or a Designer, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. The Role of Logorest
Logorest operates as a curated marketplace connecting independent professional designers (“Designers”) with clients seeking premium ready-made logos (“Buyers”). Logorest is a facilitator. While we strictly curate our designers and review submissions, the Designers are independent contractors. Logorest does not legally own the logos prior to sale and cannot be held liable for copyright infringement claims arising from a Designer’s submission.
3. Originality & Designer Liability
All Designers on Logorest are strictly bound by our vendor agreement to submit only 100% original, handcrafted work. AI-generated elements or stolen concepts are strictly prohibited.
If a logo is found to infringe on existing copyrights, the responsible Designer bears full legal and financial liability.
Logorest reserves the right to immediately suspend the offending Designer, remove the disputed logo, and cooperate fully with the rightful copyright owner.
4. Purchasing & Ownership
When a Buyer purchases a logo, it is sold exactly once and instantly retired from our catalog. Upon full payment and final delivery, 100% of the copyright is transferred to the Buyer, as detailed in our Copyright Agreement.
5. Free Customization Policy
Every logo purchase includes free customization by the original Designer. To ensure efficiency, this service is subject to the following limits:
Scope: Customization is strictly limited to changing the brand name (text) and adjusting the color palette. It does not include structural changes, font redesigns, or creating new graphical elements.
Turnaround: Designers aim to provide the customized files within 24 to 48 hours after the Buyer submits their requirements.
Revisions: Buyers are entitled to a maximum of one (1) minor revision round during the customization process. Further revisions may incur additional fees at the Designer’s discretion.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Logorest Team and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform, the purchase of any design, or the inability to use the purchased designs.
7. Modifications
Logorest reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
