Copyright Transfer Agreement

1. The Parties

This agreement is between the Designer (the creator of the logo) and the Buyer (the person or entity purchasing the logo) via the Logorest platform.

2. Transfer of Intellectual Property

Upon the successful completion of payment, the Designer hereby assigns, transfers, and conveys to the Buyer all exclusive rights, title, and interest in and to the purchased logo. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • The right to use, reproduce, and display the logo in any media.

  • The right to modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the logo.

  • The right to register the logo as a trademark or service mark worldwide.

  • The right to distribute and sell products or services featuring the logo.

3. Designer’s Representations and Warranties

The Designer guarantees that:

  • The logo is a 100% original creation and has not been copied from any other source.

  • The logo was handcrafted and was not generated using Artificial Intelligence (AI) or stock templates.

  • The Designer has the full legal authority to transfer these rights.

  • The logo has not been previously sold or licensed to any other party.

4. Exclusivity & Retirement

Once the purchase is finalized, Logorest and the Designer agree that the logo is permanently retired from the catalog. It will never be sold again to any other client. The Designer may display the logo in their personal portfolio only as a representation of their work, unless the Buyer explicitly requests otherwise.

5. Delivery of Files

The transfer of copyright is effective immediately upon the delivery of the final industry-standard files (Vector AI, EPS, SVG, and high-resolution PNG).

6. Acceptance

By completing the purchase on Logorest, the Buyer accepts these terms. By listing the logo for sale, the Designer accepts these terms. This agreement is legally binding once payment is confirmed.
